Three tanks, one module at the centre: how the Doser works from a 20-litre reservoir to a 1,000-litre production tank - and what grows around it.
A 20-litre reservoir is where most systems begin: a few plants, a small pump, a shelf. One Doser on the tank keeps pH in range with doses of a few millilitres, and the Gateway powers it, runs the program and logs every drop. Nothing else is needed.
At 200 litres, volume needs movement: a correction only counts if it reaches every corner of the tank. The Doser keeps its job - pH - while a Mixer feeds nutrients A and B and its 240 l/h pump keeps the solution homogeneous. Same Gateway, same program, one more module on the bus.
A 1,000-litre tank is another scale: bigger doses, more correction lines, no room for guesswork. You grow by numbers - several Dosers split the work between pH and boosters, Mixers keep the mass moving, and a single Gateway orchestrates them all on the same bus. Every action is still reported, module by module.
The Doser works with any active hydroponic method that keeps a tank of nutrient solution: the correction happens in the solution, and the method carries it to the plants.
