Privacy Notice
Last updated: 7 July 2026
This notice explains how Itamatic Ltd handles personal data in connection with the growmatic.farm website, operated by its GROWMATIC division.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist or reserve list, we collect your email address and, if you give them, your name, whether you’re an individual or a company, the company name, and which product you’re interested in - along with the site language and basic technical information about your request.
Why, and on what basis
We use your waitlist details only to email you about ordering - for example to tell you when reservations open. The basis is your consent, which you give by signing up and can withdraw at any time by emailing privacy@itamatic.com.
Who we share it with
Your submission is processed and stored on our behalf by cloud hosting and productivity providers, with data processed in the UK or the European Economic Area. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist details until ordering opens and you’ve had the chance to order, or until you unsubscribe - whichever comes first - after which we delete them.
Who is responsible for your data
Both itamatic.com and growmatic.farm are operated by Itamatic Ltd. GROWMATIC is a division of Itamatic Ltd, not a separate company, so a single data controller is responsible for personal data collected on either site.
Itamatic Ltd is registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17124298, VAT GB 518130615), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. For anything about privacy or your personal data, contact us at privacy@itamatic.com.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR - and the EU GDPR where it applies to you - you can ask us to access, correct, erase, restrict the use of, or object to the processing of your personal data, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email us at privacy@itamatic.com.
Where your data is processed
We aim to keep personal data within the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where a provider processes data outside these areas, we rely on appropriate safeguards - an adequacy decision, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or Standard Contractual Clauses together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How to complain
If you have a concern, please contact us first at privacy@itamatic.com - we would like the chance to put things right.
You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. If you are in the EU, you may instead complain to your local data protection authority.
