Three tanks, one job: keep the solution fed and moving - from a 20-litre system, where the Mixer is also the water pump, to a 1,000-litre production tank.
In a 20-litre system the Mixer is the water pump: it draws the solution in, injects nutrients A and B into the stream, and its 240 l/h pump pushes the mixed solution out to drive the system - an NFT channel, a drip line, a flood cycle. One module runs the whole tank.
At 200 litres a dose can no longer rely on luck to spread. The Mixer mounts on the tank, draws the solution through, injects nutrients A and B into the stream and returns it mixed - 240 litres every hour. The tank never sees raw concentrate, and every plant drinks the same solution.
A 1,000-litre mass does not stir itself. Several Mixers share the tank, each drawing solution in and returning it fed and mixed to its zone, while the Dosers keep correcting and one Gateway orchestrates them all. The solution stays homogeneous from wall to wall - and the plants all get the same nutrition.
The Mixer asks one thing of a system: a tank of solution to feed and move. Every active method with a reservoir qualifies - and in the smallest ones its pump can drive the method itself, feeding an NFT channel or a drip line.
Whatever the tank size, the job never changes: a fed, moving, even solution. The Mixer scales by number, the program scales the doses, and every action reports back.
